Sibongile Mogale is a business transformation leader who has: facilitated strategy articulation and alignment for the C-suite; designed and developed business operating models and business processes; led organisation design initiatives; and defined & designed work architecture.
Whilst she focuses largely on the organisation's 'hard wring' as referred above; she has also led EXCO level facilitation and solutions on Strategic Change experience and Leadership.
Sibongile has over 20 years' experience as a business management consultant, spanning work in both the public and private sector; big consulting firms (Accenture and Deloitte); civil society and both locally and abroad.
She has delivered on various large-scale transformation projects in different geographies, with multi-disciplinary teams.
She has led system / technology implementation projects; a number of workforce transition initiatives; has driven business development and senior stakeholder client relationships.

Tumelo Seaketso is a seasoned business transformation expert, with over 25 years' experience.
With her expertise and experience she has delivered a wide range of Business Transformation and Human Capital services, advising Boards and Remuneration Committees, with focus in the following areas: business & operating model review and development, organisation design, workforce transition, reward, talent and performance management.
She has led digital transformation or technology projects from a strategic change management / culture perspective, enabling clients to derive optimal value for their technology investments.
Organisation Architecture / Transformation: Associate Partner and Solution Architect
Francis is a senior manager with a focus on solution development and project delivery. She has over 25 years consulting experience in a variety of industries and across various disciplines and roles which covered strategic business transformations, business operations optimisation and technology implementations.
Francis previously worked for Deloitte Consulting South Africa from November 1998 through March 2018, first in the Technology Consulting division and the last 10 years in the Strategy and Operations division (Senior Manager level since 2013). She joined QBIT Africa in April 2018 through April 2022 as a Senior Solutions Manager. She has been operating as an independent consultant/contractor from May 2022, during which time she has led a 2-year Transformation engagement for Deloitte at Thungela Resources and since then also led numerous Organisation Architecture engagements for STRASS Consulting.

Stephen has 18 years of consulting experience. He is an expert in the area of operating model design, organisational design and creating organisational effectiveness through proper performance management and structured business change programmes.
He has led large-scale programmes and is well versed in executive level strategic engagements. His experience includes a strong balance between the role of consultant and the role of corporate executive driving change internally.

Georgie has spent over 20 years building expertise in change management, employee engagement, and business transformation across Europe, North America, and Africa. Her career began in the energy sector, progressing to Head of Corporate Communications where she played a key role in a management buyout and helped grow the company to a 7X EBITDA valuation.
In Management Consulting since 2017, Georgie has delivered change management and transformation projects across financial services, energy, mining, and food & beverage sectors in the UK, South Africa, Mozambique, and Angola.

With over 20 years' experience spanning digital innovation, marketing strategy, product design, and enterprise experience consulting, he combines deep behavioural insight with the ability to translate complex challenges into clear, build-ready solutions.

Yolandé Joubert is a Senior Manager with 15 years of experience in strategy, operating model development, change management and organisation effectiveness, bringing a comprehensive skill set and a wealth of knowledge to drive strategic transformation.
Yolandé spent 10 years as a Management Consultant at Deloitte Africa and served as the Senior Manager of Organisation Effectiveness at MultiChoice Group for 5 years.
