Francis is a senior manager with a focus on solution development and project delivery. She has over 25 years consulting experience in a variety of industries and across various disciplines and roles which covered strategic business transformations, business operations optimisation and technology implementations.
Francis previously worked for Deloitte Consulting South Africa from November 1998 through March 2018, first in the Technology Consulting division and the last 10 years in the Strategy and Operations division (Senior Manager level since 2013). She joined QBIT Africa in April 2018 through April 2022 as a Senior Solutions Manager. She has been operating as an independent consultant/contractor from May 2022, during which time she has led a 2-year Transformation engagement for Deloitte at Thungela Resources and since then also led numerous Organisation Architecture engagements for STRASS Consulting.
