SM, TS, RP & Associates (STRASS) is a Level 1 BBBEE company co-founded by three Black females (Sibongile Mogale, Tumelo Seaketso and Refiloe Nyamambi), a fusion of three rough diamonds with a collective experience of over five (5) decades in Management Consulting.
STRASS stands for Sibongile, Tumelo, Refiloe & Associates; united to create clarity and value for clients on their transformation journeys. Business transformation is at the core of what we do, offering solutions delivered seamlessly and practically. We understand integration challenges; our expertise make it seem effortless to implement practical solutions for our clients.
