We don’t believe in cookie-cutter approaches. We understand the impact context has on our solutions; we therefore tailor-maker our engagements and approaches. We immerse ourselves in the client’s context whilst maintaining sufficient independence and objectivity, prior to offering solutions
We are a level 2 BBEE business that supports organisations from Cape to Cairo; including organisations outside of Africa

With her expertise and experience she has delivered a wide range of Business Transformation and Human Capital services, advising Boards and Remuneration Committees, with focus in the following areas: business & operating model review and development, organisation design, workforce transition, reward, talent and performance management. She supports teams on mergers and acquisitions from a people perspective.

Sibongile Mogale is a business transformation leader who has: facilitated strategy articulation and alignment for the C-suite; designed and developed business operating models and business processes; led organisation design initiatives; and defined & designed HR and job architecture. Whilst she focuses largely on the organisation’s ‘hard wring’ as referred to above; she has led EXCO level facilitation and solutions on Strategic Change Management and Leadership.
Sibongile has over 15 years’ experience as a business management consultant, spanning work in both the public and private sector; big consulting firms (Accenture and Deloitte); civil society and both locally and abroad. She has worked on various large-scale transformation projects in different geographies, with multi-disciplinary teams.
She has led system / technology implementation projects; a number of strategic transition initiatives; has driven business development and senior stakeholder client relationships.
